What is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

A Virtual Assistant, or VA, is highly-skilled, independent professional who remotely provides business support services. Also, VAs are contract or freelance workers, not employees. They generally set their own hours and dictate their own work environments. Virtual assistants come in many varieties. Most fall under administrative, creative, and/or technical services umbrellas.

Hiring a virtual assistant is a cost-effective way to support and grow your business. You pay only for the work done – no benefits, no vacation time, no training, no office space, no expensive or specialized software.

Virtual Assistants are available as needed and are not paid for idle time. However, full- or part-time employees (or even temporary ones) often take up valuable space and resources even when they aren’t busy.

Most virtual assistants have many years of experience and are experts in their chosen field. They often have their own network of resources and their own, fully-equipped office. Therefore, a virtual assistant requires very little training or overhead to become a valuable part of your team.

Virtual Marketing Assistant

Unlike a regular virtual assistant however, I am also a marketing consultant. I am an expert in the field of marketing and graphic design, and can bring that to the table along with completing simpler marketing tasks.

A marketing VA can help execute your marketing plan, help establish that plan if needed, and/or assist with time consuming tasks or those beyond your expertise. As a virtual marketing assistant, I can become a valuable part of your team quickly and easily.

With my experience, I am uniquely positioned to help you take your branding and marketing to the next level. My services fall under many categories, including: Branding & Marketing Strategy, Graphic Design, Marketing Materials, Social Media, Business, Development Services, and Website Services.
